Drivers never pay
No sign-up fee, no placement fee, nothing out of your check. The carrier pays us when you're hired. That's the whole model.
CDL-A jobs · Trucker-run · Drivers never pay
Truckers helping truckers land the right seat. We tell you the real pay, the real home time and the real equipment before you ever fill out an application. Carriers pay us. You never do.
For drivers
A quick form: your freight, your routes, how often you need to be home. No SSN, no license number, no date of birth.
We go over the real pay, home time, equipment and what the carrier expects. If a job isn't a fit, we'll tell you.
You apply on the carrier's own application. They run the background and drug test. We stay in your corner through orientation and your first dispatch.
Why Road Ready Crew
You've heard the recruiter pitch. "Home every weekend, top pay, brand-new trucks." Then you show up at orientation. We do it different.
No sign-up fee, no placement fee, nothing out of your check. The carrier pays us when you're hired. That's the whole model.
The owner drives a truck. We know what a bad dispatcher, a dead-head week and a broken promise cost you.
We ask carriers the hard questions first: real miles, real home time, detention, the truck you'll get. Then we tell you what they said.
We check in after first dispatch and again at day 30. If the job isn't what they promised, we want to know.
Route types
Every carrier runs different. Here's the plain version of what each one usually means. We confirm the details for each job before you apply.
Long haul, coast to coast. Usually the most miles and the most time out. Good for building a paycheck and experience.
You stay in a few states around a home base. Out during the week, home on a more regular schedule.
Home most nights. More stops, more touch freight or city driving, and usually fewer miles.
Same customer, same lanes, steady freight. Predictable schedule once you learn the run.
For carriers
No upfront cost, no retainer. We send drivers who match your lane, your freight and your requirements. You pay a fee only when a driver is hired and dispatched.
Free driver tool
Recruiter says "up to 70 cents"? Run the math yourself. Cents per mile × miles per week = weekly gross.
This is a rough gross estimate before taxes and deductions. It doesn't count detention, stop pay, bonuses or per diem. Ask what the average driver on that account actually runs per week, not the best week.
Refer a driver
Send a driver our way. When they're hired through us, get seated and are still driving at day 30, you get a referral bonus.
We only reach out to drivers who apply themselves. We never cold-call or text a number someone else gave us.
FAQ
No. Not to sign up, not to get placed, not out of your first check. Ever. If anybody claiming to be us asks you for money, it isn't us.
The trucking company pays us a fee when they hire a driver we sent and that driver gets dispatched. Your pay doesn't change because you came through us.
Most of our jobs need a CDL-A from a U.S. state, the right to work in the U.S., solid English, and a clean-enough record for that carrier. Every carrier sets its own minimums for experience, accidents and violations. We'll tell you up front which ones you fit.
Not from us. We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or license number. You give those only to the carrier, on the carrier's own official application.
We do. We only pass your profile to a carrier after we've talked with you about that job. We don't sell your info. See our privacy & SMS policy.
We focus on company-driver seats. If a lease-purchase or lease-on deal ever comes up, we'll tell you plainly what you're signing up for, including the parts the ad leaves out.
It depends on the carrier's background check, drug test and orientation dates. We'll give you an honest timeline for each job instead of a sales line.
Two minutes on the form. One straight-talk phone call. Then let's get you seated.
